First Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee — state commissioner. Graduated from Kyiv State University, named after T.H. Shevchenko. Lawyer. Used to work on the position of the people's judge of Zhovtnevyy district people's court of c. Kyiv, worked on the position of judge of Kyiv municipal court. Honoured lawyer of Ukraine. Beginning from December of 1993 he was designated on the position of the deputy Chairman – state commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, from August of 2001 – first deputy of the Chairman – state commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. He was rewarded with the Order “For the services” of the III-rd degree (2004).

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland. 2006-2007, he acted as assistant in the political group Union for Europe of the Nations in European Parliament, where he supervised legislative work in Committee on Budgets, Committee on Culture and Delegation for Relation with the Republic of Moldova. 2007 - an Administrator of parliamentary bodies in the Union for Europe of the Nations political group. Working for the Committee on Culture, Committee on the Environment, Delegation for EU Relation with the Republic of Moldova as well as EU Relation with the Russian Federation. As Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development he has supervised works of the Department of the European Union and International Co-operation and the Department of Programming and Analysis.

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Republic Poland to Ukraine. 2004 - vice-minister in Office of Chairman of Council of Ministers of Republic Poland, leader of Group of Prime-Minister of Poland (prof. Marek Belka) advisers, a member of the Audit Committee of North Atlantic Society. 2003 - member of the Polish-Ukrainian Forum's Board. 2001-2004 - Director General of Cabinet Marshalka Seym of Poland of Marek Borovski (director of parliament's speaker department).

President of the National Council of Agricultural Chambers, Poland. Born in 1958, married, has three children. Has higher agricultural education, graduated from the Main School of Agriculture in Warsaw. Chairman of the National Council of Agricultural Chambers and Chairman of Mazovecky agricultural chamber. Farmer, has 60 hectares of land oriented on production of milk and meat cattle. Since 1997, when NCAC was established, Mr Szmulewicz is a well known public and municipal figure.

President of the Czech Agrarian Chamber. 1976 to 1982 – Head of the School Farm in Velke Mezirici. From 1989 - Director of the State Farm in Krizanov. From 1992 – a co-owner and executive of JHYB s.r.o. Jakubovicky dvur, specializing in pig raising and breeding. 1992 to 2003 - Secretary of the Czech-Moravian Association Entrepreneurs in Agriculture. From 1997 - member of the Presidium of the Czech-Moravian Agrarian Confederation. From January 2003 - Chairman of the Czech-Moravian Association Entrepreneurs in Agriculture. Head of the CENTROODBYT cooperative – a national sales cooperative. Author of more than 150 articles and several video films focused on agricultural issues.

President, US-Ukraine Business Council; Director (Governmental Affairs), SigmaBleyzer (Washington). Elected as Chairman of the USUBC Executive Committee in 2005 and as President in 2007. In 2008 appointed a member of the new Council of Investors's (COI) created by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. He became a consultant to SigmaBleyzer in 2001 and joined the company in 2004. SigmaBleyzer has been active in Ukraine since the early 1990's and manages around 1 billion dollars of investment in Ukraine. Williams started his work regarding Ukraine in 1992 as senior advisor to a major food system development project in Russia and Ukraine working with U.S. agribusinesses that were investing in the former Soviet Union.

Awarded with the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers' Certificate of Merit and Medal, the Ukrainian Agricultural Policy Ministry's Badge of Honor, the Ukrainian Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs Union's Golden Badge. Was adviser to the Minister of Agriculture, Kingdom of Cambodia, on agrarian policy. To 1981 - Vice-president of “Amerop Sugar Corporation” New York, “Sucden Group”. 1981 – 1992 - Chief Economist of “Sucden Group”. 1982 – 2004 - Managing Director of “Ersuc”, consultancy specializing in sugar production and marketing. Managing Director, “Concilium” (also a group of consultants) until the end of 2007.

Vice President of the National Farmer's Union, UK. Non Executive Director of Farmway – the largest Northern Co-operative with retail outlets, feed mill, arable crop trading interests, drying and seed production, selling to farmers and the public. COPA COGECA – Chairman of the Cereals Group for European farming organisations. Vice Chairman of the Oilseeds & Protein Group. One of the founding members of the Farmers Biotech Forum (FBF), drawing European farmers together with a biotech interest. Member of Climate Change Forum. Tenant farmer in a family partnership, currently farming 330ha on a mixed farm. Livestock – 140 suckler cows utilising permanent grasses, with the stabiliser hybrid being used to develop the dam lines.

Deputy Executive Director, Iternational Trade Centre (UNCTAD/WTO). With 29 years’ experience in the United Nations system, Mr. Browne directs operations at ITC with a mix of policy and field work skills. Trained as an international economist at the Universities of Cambridge and Paris, Mr Browne began his career as a consultant in London with the Economist Intelligence Unit. In 1976, he joined the United Nations as a researcher at the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. He then spent 21 years with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with assignments at headquarters in New York and in the field (including Ukraine). Mr. Browne has published five books on aid and development and about 100 articles on development topics.

President of the Polish Meat Association. Graduated from Warsaw University of Life Sciences the oldest agricultural academic school in Poland. Elected as President of Polish Meat Association in 2005. Honored worker of many non-governmental organizations in the agrarian and food sector. Board Member of Polish Federation of Food Industry. Co-initiator of creating the Council of Food Economy by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Director, Commodities and Trade Department, Copa-Cogeca. Studied law and languages (English and Spanish) at the Paris Universities Assas and the Sorbonne. In 1989 she worked at the European Commission (DG Agriculture) as a trainee in the unit responsible for fraud and irregularities and then in the rural development unit. From 1993 to 1996, she was appointed legal adviser for the Director General of ONIC (French cereal board). Her responsibilities included the implementation at national level of the EU cereals common market organisation and policy as well as the implementation of the 1992 CAP reform for the arable crop sector. In 2008, she was made Director of Commodities and Trade, dealing with all commodity sectors, bilateral trade agreements, technology in agriculture and relations with the International Federation of Agricultural Producers.

Chairman, "Union of Poultry Farmers of Ukraine". From 1988 to 1995 - worked as a main animal technician, Deputy Director General of production amalgamation of poultry farming industry of „Kharkivptakhoprom”. From 1995 to 2001 – Director General of OJSC „Barvinok”, First Vice-Chairman of CJSC „Agropromsoyuz-98”. From 2001 to 2003 – Director General of regional association of poultry farming industry „Kharkivptakhoprom”. Has higher education, graduated from Kharkov Veterinary Institute in 1983.

Director Crop Marketing at the HGCA (statutory body responsible for the cereal and oilseed industries in the UK). 1983 - 1986 Head of European and Asian Trading at Louis Dreyfus. In 1992 set up Commodity and Financial Management (UK) Ltd (Marketing and Pricing for agri-businesses in Europe and South Africa in grains and oilseeds). In 1998 appointed as Chairman of the new HGCA Market Information Committee. His department is responsible for the provision of market information and training, market development of cereals and oilseeds at home and the promotion of exports. British Cereal Exports (BCE) is part of his Department. In 2002, he became involved with the infant biofuels industry and has subsequently been involved with the Treasury, DfT and defra with regard to industry needs from government.

Deputy Chairman, NGO "All-Ukrainian Union of Meat Producers "Ukrmeatproduct". In 2001 graduated from Prikarpatskiy University. Started her professional career as an accountant in «KGD» company. From 2002 appointed as accountant of «Prykarpatska Financial Corporation». During 2004-2005 worked in OJSC «Ivano-Frankivsk Meat Factory» as chief accountant, later apointed as financial director and acting of chairman. Participated in association's special programmes on breeding and farm development in Ukraine (2008-2017). Mrs. Melnyk also participates in strategic, operational and organizational development projects for association members.

Dr. Sc. agr.: team leader of the project "German-Ukrainian Policy Dialogue in Agriculture" at the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting in Kiev. Studied at Goettingen University, worked as Research Associate at Technical University Berlin. Worked as consultant and regional director Europe for GFA consulting group. Vast experience in research, consultancy and policy advice for various public and private clients including the German Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection.

President, Director General, AGRITEL. Engineer in agriculture, has masters degree in economy from ESSEC group. He has worked for 18 years on financial markets, mainly on futures market, interest rates and currencies. AGRITEL established in 2000 and involved in commodities price risk management. Main company activities: Training, Analysis and Consulting. Consultants of AGRITEL are all engineers in agriculture with a third degree in Economy. They are leaders in price risk management in the agricultural sector of France.

President of association «Ukrainian Union of Milk Enterprises». Experienced technologist, highly skilled manager. Actively participates in forming of technical and technological policies, favourable legislative base, and in other state measures directed on improvement of effective performance of milk industry. Constantly renders skilled assistance to specialists, continuously organizes conferences, scientific-practical seminars on current issues of milk industry development. Awarded with Medal of People's Friendship, Certificate of Honour from Department of Agriculture of Ukraine, Working Blue Ribbon «Sign of Honour» from Minagropolicy of Ukraine.

Sergiy Ignatovsky is a partner at Sayenko Kharenko, a leading Ukrainian law firm. A graduate from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, Mr. Ignatovsky has been practicing law for over 10 years. Director of Law Firm Sofiya, lawyer, PhD at law, has a broad experience in Agrarian, Land, Corporate, Finance and Investment laws. Oleksandr is a legal advisor for Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, and some other professional societies and NGOs in agrarian field. Mr.Polividskyy is a member of Council of agrarian entrepreneurs at Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. Oleksandr has been involved as a legal advisor by international organizations like (UBRD, WB, IFC, Office of European commission etc). Mr. Polivodskyy combines legal practice with lecturing. Oleksandr speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.
